Villa Kavallaris & Apartments

This place has just reopened this summer after being shut for a 2 year period. We were lucky enough to get it at an excellent price. The son and his fiance have worked hard on renovations and the pool area is magic. The rooms are very big and although basic they still have a fridge and tea making facilities. We had a lovely room with it's own outdoor area overlooking the sea in the distance. It is a very short walk into the town with a supermarket, bakery, chemist, scooter rental and great restaurants with typical Greek food etc. The bus stops for all of Santorini are also very close by. They are an excellent cheap way of getting around the island if you don't want to drive yourself. If you do drive there is plenty of parking at the hotel. Ella and Akiss our hosts couldn't do…

We were satisfied and happy with this pension and room. Its clean, personal is nice, i really liked the swimming pool and big bed in front of the pool :D ... we could eat the breakfast outside, there is a fridge in the room and the market is 3 minutes faraway...

Πολύ καλά μεγάλα δωμάτια και καθαρά . πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικο πρόθυμοι να σε εξυπερετησουν σουπερ μαρκετ σκλαβενιτης στα 100 μετρα πισινα καθαρη το μόνο αρνητικό ότι δεν έχουν σιτες για τα κουνούπια τα δωμάτια και το μπάνιο κατά τ'άλλα Όλα μια χαρα

Έμεινα στο ξενοδοχείο για 4 μέρες! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ όμορφο,κυριλέ θα το έλεγα για τα λεφτά που πλήρωσα,όμορφα διακοσμημένο,καταπληκτική θεα,ευρύχωρο,κάθε μέρα το καθάριζαν και άλλαζαν τις πετσέτες! Η εξυπηρέτηση στη reception ήταν φοβερή,πολύ εγκάρδιοι και φιλόξενοι όλοι τους! Η πισίνα επίσης πολύ καλή όπως επίσης και οι ξαπλώστρες! Το μόνο αρνητικό ήταν ότι η τουαλέτα είχα μια έντονη μυρωδιά !

Upon checkin, the man at the desk, Panos was THE MOST helpful receptionist ever. He took the time to write everything we would ever need to know on a map of the island (bus routes, best beaches, best restaurants, etc.). Every single one of his recommendations was spot on and affordable. The rooms were cleaned every day, which we were surprised to see. Not usually a standard practice at hostels. Nice pool with chairs, tables, sun beds, bean bag chairs and pillows. -TV in room -Air conditioning -Towels -Fridge I can't recommend this place enough to anyone coming to Santorini.

Midrange Apartments in the center of Mesaria. Location is quiet. Friendly check-in. Water boiler and fridge in the room. I had a small inner balcony. Good Wi-Fi connection. There is a swimming pool. No breakfasts available. Close to bars, shops and restaurants and also close to the bus station. A 30 minute walk to the airport.

My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 nights in Kavallaris pension, we really enjoyed our stay, the staff was amazing, they really helped us out with everything : taxi, scooter and showed us the best places to visit in Santorini. The hotel is in a perfect location if you are planning to visit all the island, you are right in the middle of it so you can drive almost everywhere in 20 minutes! Great!!

I'd recommend a car to get around the island. The pool was beautiful and always very peaceful and quiet. The lady on reception was very helpful - she explained everything about the island and was always delighted to answer any questions. The beds were comfortable, air con was nice and powerful, and everything was very clean. The room was light and airy.

The owner is very nice and ordered a scooter for us. The place is simple but quiet neighbourhood and very clean.
